Hands down, the most painless business transaction I’ve had in recent memory. I was 110% taken care of and charged what I feel is a more than fair price for the work that was done. The tint was applied perfectly, after they went above and beyond to get me the tint that day, with little contact with me so I didn’t feel like I was a burden for wanting a tint that required them to go out of their way. My tint was applied perfectly without any trace of bubbles or wrinkles, in a reasonable amount of time, and most importantly, my car wasn’t a mess afterward. I was able to drive right to dinner with no need to go get a car wash. The messy car thing has happened to me a dozen times in the past so for this to be the case and not need to get a wash, I was astounded!”

“Hatch Auto Glass was such a tremendous help to me!! The tech works so efficiently, I was serviced quickly with little disturbance to my day. I was hit on the highway by something that pretty much shattered my back windshield. I called and got an appointment sooner than I expected, they understood how bad the damage was. He was very understanding and literally had someone clean the glass from my car right then. They really helped me turn my day around with my seriously busy schedule. This is the second time I am using them to replace my auto glass. First, it was actually my rear windshield that got knocked by a couple that was moving their things and my car just so happened to be right next to theirs. I work full time the usual M-F so their option for mobile service is amazing, its truly what kept me coming back. That and their awesome service. I have had zero problems, they’re 2 for 2 now! If it wasn’t for the unavoidable rock chips being in the desert, the glass would last longer in my opinion lol.
